Our consultants are divided into 2 teams, one for foreign investment clients and the other for domestic private companies. We use these two teams to tailor each search, according to the specific industry and function. Our Team Gavin heads the BTL China office. He conducts searches for clients primarily in the finance sector for Vice President and “C”-level positions. Carrie Su, Consultant As the FMCG Industry Consultant , Carrie primarily conducts searches in sales,marketing and brand operation, covering cosmetic, pharmaceuticals &FOOD industry Carrie has over 10 years experience in Sales management , she has also worked in Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) as a consultant . before joining BTL Carrie Su graduated from Shanxi finance and economics University of Technology and majored in International Trade. 
Esme Tan，Consultant Esme Tan now works in our Jinan office,her work covers Business Service industry and some functional posts.
Bamboo Lin， Consultant Bamboo Lin now works in Jinan office，she mainly focuses on Chemical &Building Materials industry and Commercial Service industry； She has worked as consultant at Antal International and site development executive at Suning Appliance； Bamboo Lin graduated from Shandong University majored in Management Information System.
Cathy concentrates on functional executive searches such as human resource and production. She currently works with SINDIRICON (Korean) and FUJI Xerox (JV of US & She graduated from Iris Yan, Assistant Consultant Iris now conducts searches for foreign manufacturing companies. Before joining BLT, Iris worked as translator and assistant in Tenaris, a multinational seamless steel pipe company，she also had attended several international activities as interpreter. She graduated from Ocean University of China with a Masters degree in English Language and Literature. She graduated from Qingdao University of Science & Technology in journalism.
Jane Guan,Assistant Consultant Jane Guan now conducts searches for foreign manufacturing companies. Before joining BLT, She worked as a Supply Chain Clerk in a famous manufacturing corporation. She graduated from from Hua Zhong Science & Technology University and got the Bachelor of Arts Degree,Majored in News&Communication .
