职位描述(Description)
    
Role & Responsibilities
This position will report to General Manager and be in charge of both domestic and oversea sales of compressors. He/she is in charge of developing sales strategies and setting targets.
 
1.          Actively develop sales net and channels
2.          Focus at building up key accounts
3.          Build up customer relationship and handle customers’ complaints
4.          Follow-up for collection of payment
5.          Build up Sales team
6.          Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
7.          Market intelligence analysis and feedback
 
Requirements
 
1. Over 8-year Sales Management experience in compressor or air conditioning component related industry.
2. Engineering or Management background with technical knowledge in compressor or air conditioning industry
3. Solid experience of sales channel development
4. Good command of English
